Your GoldCart Account
Deleting your account closes it permanently and removes your personal profile data. Please read what happens below before you continue.
Before you continue
- ✦Sell or withdraw your holdings first. Any gold or silver still in your vault should be sold or delivered before you request deletion.
- ✦This cannot be undone. Your transaction history, SIPs and referral rewards will no longer be accessible once the account is closed.
- ✦Some records are retained. Transaction and KYC records that we are legally required to keep under Indian tax and anti-money-laundering law are retained for the mandated period, then deleted.
- ✦Use the mobile number and email that are registered on your GoldCart account. We cannot process a request that does not match an account.

Our team matches the details against your account and may contact you on the registered number before proceeding.

Your account is closed
Once verified, your GoldCart account and personal profile data are removed. You will receive a confirmation by email.
